LA Life After 60
Hookay try again. If yer anything like me ya hurt alot; that's God's way of reminding us we are alive. I'm a tad disabled with Emphysema (40 years of smokin' had nothin' to do with it, I'm sure) but I stopped when my lung blew up and now I am better. Not great but better. I exercise regularly mostly by walking. I like to write and on my website there are a few of my poems but no stories yet. I have a favorite rock down in Malibu on the shore of the Pathetic Ocean where I like to write stuff like letters and not eMail and stories and such.
Tell ya about my sweetie tomorrow and what I find I can do even with disability. I swear I can't run at all and I get outta breath real easy so I just go slow. See ya later.
